Exchange Policy

Anantaaa does not accept return or refund requests after an order is placed. We only offer exchange and discount voucher compensation under certain selected circumstances. The vouchers issued can only be redeemed on Anantaaa's website.

Exchange request is only accepted under the following circumstances:

  1. The product(s) delivered is different from the original order.
  2. The product(s) delivered arrived damaged.
  3. The product has missing parts.

For any of the above reasons, the exchange request must be raised within 48 hours from the delivery of the product at customer's address. Any request after this timeframe would not be entertained. The exchange request must contain photographic evidence of the grievance – such as wrong or damaged product.

In case some pieces are missing in a multi jewellery set, and a request is raised within 48 hours, then Anantaaa will look to send the remaining pieces, without replacing what has already been shipped, unless there is a valid complaint against that.

Exchange request may also be raised for reasons other than the above, but it will be sole discretion of Anantaaa on wether to entertain them or not. The company is under no obligation to process exchange requests for any other reason other than those mentioned above.

Only 1 exchange will be allowed against every unique order.

Discount vouchers will only be issued in cases which are found to be genuine and within our policy, but where due to shortage of stocks, logistical limitations, or any other reasons, exchange is not possible. For any other scenario, it shall be sole discretion of Anantaaa on whether to issue a discount voucher compensation or not.

In case of a lost shipment, a replacement or discount voucher compensation will be offered after a thorough check with the courier partner. Whether the compensation will be in form of exchange or discount voucher shall be at the discretion of Anantaaa.

Lost shipments may take longer than usual to resolve (within 21 business days), depending on the time taken by the courier partner.

If the package is marked as "delivered" but not received, customers must raise a complaint at concierge@anantaaa.com within 24 hours for us to initiate the inspection immediately.

Order cancellation/refund is not allowed after it has been shipped.

Anantaaa provides a six month guarantee on 'polish'. During this period, if any fading is observed on the polish, then Anantaaa shall re-polish the piece of jewellery free of cost.

A product can be re-polished only once during this period.

All the pieces of a multi-jewellery set is collectively considered one 'single product' , for this purpose. As such, different parts can't be re-polished individually on separate occasions. One or all pieces of such a set (depending on requirement) must be sent at once for repolishing.

It will be customer's responsibility to ship us the product for re-polishing after we formally agree to provide the service over an authorised email. In case a product is shipped to us for re-polishing before any written acknowledgement from our end, we will not be responsible for it in any way.

For re-shipping a polished product, the customer must pay a shipping charge of ₹250. The re-polished product will not be shipped back until we receive this fees.

For any exchange/re-polishing request, the customer must write to us at concierge@anantaaa.com, with the purpose clearly mentioned in the subject line (e.g Exchange Request, Re-polish request), with all the details duly elaborated in the email body, and all the photographic evidence (wherever applicable) attached to the same. It may take us 1-2 business days to revert to the emails.
