No. Anantaaa does not offer returns or refunds once an order is placed or shipped. However, exchanges or discount vouchers may be provided under specific conditions.

Exchanges are accepted only if:

The wrong product was delivered

The product arrived damaged

The product has missing parts


Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

Only one exchange per order is permitted.

In case of a lost shipment, Anantaaa will investigate with the courier partner. A replacement or discount voucher will be offered after verification. Resolution may take up to 21 business days.

Yes. Anantaaa offers a six-month polish guarantee. If polish fading is observed within this period, the jewellery will be re-polished free of cost.

Re-polishing is free within the guarantee period, but customers must pay a ₹250 shipping fee for the re-polished product to be shipped back.
