All prices displayed on our website include the GST rate on jewellery.

Payments for the products available on the website and app may be made in the following ways:

- Currently all the payments on our website are through the online mode as they ensure faster processing of your orders.

All online payments are handled by authorised Payment Gateways, considering transaction security measures mandated by the RBI and other regulatory authorities. Anantaaa is not responsible for any breach of information or inappropriate transactions.

 

8. Credit Card Details

You agree to provide accurate and correct credit card details for availing services on the site. You must use your lawfully owned credit card in any credit card transaction.

 

9. Cancellation and Changes by Customers

Cancellation or modification requests will be accepted only if the order has not been shipped. If your request meets this condition and is made within 24 hours of placing the order, please email us at concierge@anantaaa.com. While we cannot guarantee changes, we will do our best to accommodate your request. No refund requests shall be entertained for already shipped orders.

 

10. Sales and Promotion

The sale runs till the stock lasts. Duration of sale is at the sole discretion of Anantaaa, and it reserves the right to extend or terminate the sale, without further information, at any point in time.

The products can be removed/changed/added under the Sale category and the discounted prices can also be changed. It will be at the sole discretion of Anantaaa.
